About The Position

Chargeflow is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive customer engagement and retention. This role involves strategic communication, including email marketing campaigns, product updates, and growth strategies to boost user adoption. The position is crucial for the company's continued expansion and offers a blend of customer success, growth, and product communication responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in the fintech and/or e-commerce industries.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with prior founder experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in product marketing or related disciplines.
  • Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in email marketing, community building, and growth initiatives that drive user engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Actively contributing to the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and regularly revisiting it to ensure alignment with the overall product strategy.
  • Working closely with product management and marketing teams to define and monitor post-launch product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilizing strong storytelling skills to compellingly evangelize the product through social media, events, and other channels.
  • Driving demand for the product through effective positioning, messaging, and marketing programs that align with business objectives.
