About The Position

KPMG in Canada is seeking undergraduate business, commerce, and accounting and finance students for full-time positions in their North Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, and Sudbury offices, starting in Fall 2027. The Enterprise Core Services team focuses on assisting Canadian businesses and entrepreneurs in creating value and growing thriving private companies. This role involves working with a diverse team of accounting and tax professionals to understand client needs and provide effective advice. Opportunities include working across geographies and various client industries on challenging projects such as analyzing business processes, improving client performance, and building strong relationships. The program aims to develop individuals into trusted private enterprise business advisors.

Requirements

Undergraduate business, commerce, and accounting and finance students
Strong academic record
Considering the Canadian CPA designation and working to obtain the CPA required pre-requisite courses
Ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally
Ability to develop and motivate others
Ability to take opportunities to learn and adapt
Ability to drive quality and deliver high-quality results and exceptional service
Ability to foster innovation
Must have or will obtain legal authorization to work in Canada by the start date of employment
