About The Position

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives across the enterprise. Develop and implement sourcing strategies, drive procurement process improvements, and partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in supply chain, procurement, or project-focused environments who enjoy balancing relationship management with problem-solving.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in supply chain, leadership, project management, or a related field.
• Expert negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Understanding of material quality requirements, processes and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products.
• Purchasing process and systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Request For Quotation (RFQ) events, evaluating potential suppliers based on price, quality, and overall value.
• Conduct high-risk negotiations with vendors and secure favorable terms while mitigating risk.
• Provide strategic direction and recommendations for assigned commodities and categories.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and procurement processes to support long-term business needs.
• Build and manage commodity supplier partnerships by facilitating and leading strategic supplier conversations.
• Advise the procurement team members to drive alignment and best practices.
