About The Position

We are building and scaling the Learning Solutions division to drive enterprise capability and skills enablement to power CACI's growth strategy. This role is positioned as a strategic business-facing consultant. You will diagnose performance needs, translate capability priorities into scalable learning pathways, and ensure CACI invests in learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You own build vs. buy recommendations, define solution blueprints, and partner with SMEs, CoPs, and governance teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. You also ensure that learning solutions are tied explicitly to business KPIs, reinforcing Learning Solutions as a strategic capability partner. As the organization scales, this role is expected to evolve into a people leader, building and coaching a small team responsible for capability consulting and solution activation across the enterprise. This trajectory allows the role to shape how capability enablement operates at CACI — from defining standards to guiding future team members as the function matures.
