As an Enterprise Capability Owner (ECO) within the Supply Chain workstream of the Modern Manufacturing Transformation you will have end‑to‑end accountability for a portfolio of advanced supply chain capabilities. You will own these capabilities from initial vision and concept through pilot validation, enterprise deployment, and continuous optimization, serving as the enterprise subject matter expert. The role is focused on defining, proving, and scaling supply chain capabilities that deliver measurable improvements in quality, velocity, and cost across the value chain. Requirements

  • Effectiveness Measurement: Proven ability to define, capture, and govern metrics across multiple functions; use benchmarks and measurement systems to drive sustained improvement in quality, productivity, and cost.
  • Cross‑Team Integration: Strong ability to lead cross‑functional, cross‑site teams; break down silos; generate win‑win outcomes; and coach others on enterprise collaboration. Experience influencing without direct authority and working across multiple organizational levels.
  • Decision Making & Critical Thinking: Proven ability to assess complex tradeoffs, challenge assumptions, synthesize data, and guide others through effective decision‑making approaches.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong root‑cause problem‑solving capability using Lean and analytical tools (flowcharts, Pareto, fishbone, etc.).
  • Strategic Thinking: Big‑picture mindset with the ability to translate enterprise strategy into executable capability roadmaps.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience—is desired. Advanced degrees or Lean / Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
  • Experience across supply chain, factory operations, and category procurement / purchasing.
  • Proven background in lean process development and enterprise deployment (Six Sigma Black Belt preferred).
  • Experience developing and scaling digital tools, analytics, or process automation within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Strong program or project management experience in complex, multi‑site initiatives.
  • Experience working in enterprise transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics, AI‑enabled decision support, or data‑driven supply chain optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise supply chain capabilities, from vision and concept through pilot validation, enterprise replication, and sustained performance.
  • Define value‑driven future‑state capabilities, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders around a shared vision and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead innovation and standardization by applying internal and industry best practices in supply chain, operations, procurement, and lean execution.
  • Design, pilot, and validate supply chain solutions at Modern Manufacturing pilot facilities, ensuring solutions are scalable and repeatable.
  • Enable enterprise deployment by defining standard work, governance models, deployment playbooks, and success metrics.
  • Own and manage the supply chain capability roadmap across MDP, MVP, and MMP phases.
  • Drive enterprise‑wide adoption of proven supply chain capabilities across sites and value chains.
  • Champion supply chain data readiness (inventory, transportation, purchase orders, scheduling agreements, production orders, demand/supply signals, velocity failure modes) as the foundation for advanced analytics and AI.
  • Define, standardize, and govern Supply Chain KPIs across quality, velocity, and cost dimensions.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, IT, Digital, and facility leadership to translate business and OPACC objectives into executable roadmaps.
  • Lead complex, cross‑division, cross‑site problem solving using Lean methodologies and advanced analytics, ensuring corrective and preventive actions align to enterprise priorities.
  • Measure, track, and communicate enterprise outcomes, ensuring operational and financial benefits are realized, sustained, and visible to leadership.
  • Provide thought leadership and executive influence on Modern Manufacturing, supply chain excellence, and enterprise transformation.
