About The Position
The Enterprise Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for supporting reporting and analytics initiatives across BOKF. This position works with a team of analysts and business partners to deliver management insights and leads report development and analysis projects in support of business objectives. Requirements
- Minimum of three years of direct experience with BI visualization tools and their implementation, ideally PowerBI or similar tools such as Tableau or Qlik
- Strong SQL skills
- Solid understanding of design principles and aesthetics of business dashboards, data visualization and reports
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and effectively communicate trends and insights
- Must be able to define, shape, and drive projects to completion independently while effectively collaborating with others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work ethic and the ability to work well individually as well as in cross-functional project teams
Nice To Haves
- Basic database understanding and data modelling is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead report development projects with a focus on effective visualization, design, and automation.
- Manage the business requirements collection and documentation to effectively translate business needs into meaningful reports and insights.
- Ensure primary stakeholders understand how to use reports through demonstrations and creation of supporting tools.
- Recommend reporting improvements and lead the corresponding development efforts to enhance existing reporting.
- Manage reporting routines and coordinate with business partners on delivery and issue resolution.
- Research and communicate the latest advancements in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
