About The Position

Its comprehensive platform enables real estate stakeholders to manage risk through data-driven insights, improve the financial performance of their assets, meet growing investor expectations and regulatory requirements. It also supports clients in developing clear action plans for both transition and adaptation, while delivering positive financial outcomes. Deepki is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow revenue on the US market. Permanent position based in our NYC office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to accelerate a sales career on the ground floor of an exciting Sustainability SaaS business! Mission: The Business Development Representative will develop Deepki’s customer portfolio in the US.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in BDR / SDR / Inside Sales or Sales role within SaaS / Software environments
  • Self-disciplined and motivated to over-achieve your goals
  • A team player with a sales and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to analyze complex client requirements and needs
  • Confident in communicating over the phone, email, and LinkedIn with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Already used Salesforce and / or another CRM
  • Excellent proficiency in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Enterprise accounts
  • Experience in Real Estate and / or Sustainability sectors
  • Experience in hyper-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • Select target accounts, and identify opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
  • Research relevant contacts and teams at these accounts, initiate conversations via email, calls, and social channels
  • Book outbound meetings using various prospecting approaches including cold calls, emails and social outreach
  • Generate sales opportunities for Account Executives within a specific set of target accounts through proactive outbound business development activities
  • Maintain, organize and manage administrative tasks in Salesforce
  • Contact prospects & guests before and after web conferences, events and webinars
  • Participate in trade shows and represent the company.
