Enterprise BDRs work with our large provider organization’s senior level decision makers, typically Chief Clinical or Compliance Officer, Quality Director, CFO, CIO, CEO, Chief Nursing Officer. Responsibilities include scheduling and participating in Executive meetings, working within an assigned territory, the BDR will collaborate with sales partners, Demand Gen, and Client Support to engage existing clients, acquire new clients, qualify marketing leads, and potentially attend industry events. The Enterprise BDR will mentor junior team members on best practices and is expected to exceed KPI targets, meet annual quotas, and foster long-term client relationships.
