About The Position

Recite Me believes everyone should be able to access web content in a way that works for them, and their mission is to make the online world accessible for all. Hundreds of global organizations already use their software to enable greater accessibility for their online content, products, or services. As they move from start-up to scale-up, they are looking for Sales Executives to join their fast-growing Sales Team. The Sales Team is the engine of the business, the driver for growth, and the role of the Sales Executive is key to their continued success. This role involves getting to know the product and the market, working closely with Lead Generators to research, identify, and engage new prospects. Using sales acumen to nurture interest, book and deliver software demonstrations, and manage qualified opportunities to a successful sale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Consistent record of hitting targets and generating new sales revenue
  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong team player who will work closely with your colleagues
  • Confidence in a target-driven environment, tenacious with the motivation to exceed expectations
  • ABC – Always Be Curious – you are always asking the right questions of prospects, colleagues and yourself
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, confident and comfortable with talking to stakeholders of all levels on the phone, email or face-to-face
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion and the Digital world

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Experience working with federal, state, or local government customers.
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and RFP responses.
  • Experience using CRM Platforms.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Experience with sales intelligence platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Cognism.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities across assigned territories and vertical markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events.
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives, procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer objectives, pain points, and business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for prospective customers.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close.
  • Accurately maintain sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
