Stand Together•Arlington, VA
•$210,000 - $250,000

About The Position

Stand Together is seeking an entrepreneurial technology leader to establish and lead its enterprise architecture and data function. As a member of the technology leadership team, this person will set direction for how systems connect, data is shared, and technology decisions are made. The role will create architectural foundations, trusted data models, and reusable solutions that help teams innovate, move faster, and deliver greater value. The leader will establish enterprise architecture principles, reference architectures, decision frameworks, technology standards, and build-buy-reuse practices. They will advance the enterprise data model and its shared definitions, ownership, quality, lineage, integration, and governance; define authoritative systems of record; and guide technology rationalization and architectural decision rights. The role also develops reusable patterns, templates, shared services, automated controls, and an enterprise service catalog. This position works across Product, Platform Engineering, Security, Legal, and business teams to translate strategic priorities into practical, secure, scalable technology and data solutions. It champions continuous innovation and evaluates success through adoption, trusted data, faster decisions, and measurable business value. Stand Together describes its culture as grounded in Principle Based Management, with an emphasis on dignity, openness, bottom-up empowerment, entrepreneurialism, innovation, transformation, humility, and respect.

  • Deep technical expertise across enterprise architecture, data modeling, data engineering, cloud platforms, system integration, security, and modern AI technologies.
  • Proven success designing and implementing enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, shared data models, reusable technology patterns, and governance practices.
  • Strong understanding of systems of record, enterprise information models, data quality, lineage, integration, and modern data platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial, builder-oriented mindset, with the ability to challenge conventional thinking, navigate ambiguity, and turn strategic ideas into practical solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence technology direction and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Sound architectural judgment and confidence in making complex technology decisions while balancing innovation, security, cost, scalability, and speed.
  • Collaborative, principle-driven leadership approach that creates clarity, encourages ownership, and enables teams to make informed decisions independently.
