About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define the end-to-end solution architecture and integration patterns across various platforms including ServiceNow, Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, and Delinea Secret Server. This role will involve leading design reviews, ensuring alignment with Central Hudson's Hybrid Target Architecture & Plan, and overseeing the setup of GitHub Enterprise Repository & Governance. The architect will also be responsible for the configuration of a new Jenkins platform, JFrog Artifactory & Xray, Terraform Azure Modules, Ansible Roles & Playbooks, and Delinea Secret Server integration. A significant part of the role includes developing ServiceNow catalog items with detailed specifications, design documents, and CMDB mapping. Additionally, the architect will create T-shirt Size Definition Documents for VM sizing, define ServiceNow-Jenkins-GitHub integration, implement CMDB automation, and develop runbooks, training materials, and provide hypercare support.

Responsibilities

Define the end-to-end solution architecture and integration patterns across ServiceNow, Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, and Delinea Secret Server.
Lead design reviews and ensure alignment to Central Hudson Hybrid Target Architecture & Plan.
Oversee GitHub Enterprise Repository & Governance Setup.
Establish a Net-New Jenkins Platform.
Configure JFrog Artifactory & Xray (local / remote / virtual repositories, promotion tiers, Xray policies, RBAC, Jenkins CLI integration).
Develop Terraform Azure Modules.
Create Ansible Roles & Playbooks.
Implement Delinea Secret Server Integration.
Develop ServiceNow Catalog (10 Items) including workflow diagrams, integration specifications (ServiceNow-to-Jenkins and ServiceNow CMDB update logic), High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
Create a CMDB Mapping Document defining CI classes, attributes, relationship rules, source-of-truth determinations, and reconciliation logic.
Produce a T-shirt Size Definition Document documenting approved VM sizing configurations for Azure and VMware vSphere, including Terraform variable definitions and ServiceNow dropdown values.
Implement ServiceNow–Jenkins–GitHub Integration.
Develop CMDB Automation.
Create Runbooks, Training & Hypercare support.
