Enterprise Architect, Digital Experience

Brown & Brown Insurance•Remote - Florida, FL

About The Position

Brown & Brown is seeking an Enterprise Architect, Digital Experience to shape how brokers and customers experience the company digitally. The role owns target-state and transition-state architecture for broker tools, customer portals, CRM, and content platforms, and charts a practical path to implementation. It sets enterprise direction, standards, and architecture strategy for the experience platform landscape, including Salesforce and Adobe, rather than directly configuring or administering platforms. A central focus is establishing one unified digital experience architecture across Brown & Brown, serving Retail and Specialty Distribution through shared platforms and standards instead of separate segment-specific solutions. The architect partners with delivery teams, domain and solution architects, and business and delivery leadership to create ideal-state roadmaps and reconcile them into constrained, fundable plans. The role guides platform and delivery teams on architectural fit, integration, and scalability; contributes early to program planning and solution reviews; advocates for emerging technologies; and establishes patterns and delivery-friendly governance. It also advises executives on digital experience strategy, facilitates architecture review boards, and mentors solution architects and front-end/UX engineers.
