In this role, you will define and guide enterprise-wide application and technology strategies that power our business forward. Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education, training, and progressive architectural experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Demonstrated architectural proficiency in at least two enterprise architecture domains: Application Architecture, Information / Data & Data Integration, Technical & Cloud Infrastructure, Security Architecture, Business Architecture.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, visual, and group facilitation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical trade-offs for diverse business and technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading through influence, consensus-building, and mentoring across matrixed cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience guiding enterprise migrations and architectures within modern cloud ecosystems (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
  • Experience with large-scale ERP platforms and enterprise integration frameworks.
  • A natural curiosity and passion for hands-on experimentation, technical research, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Define application, information, and technical architectural visions and strategic multi-year roadmaps aligned with overall enterprise business goals.
  • Engage with architecture councils, domain architects, and engineering teams to champion standard adoption, ensure architectural integrity, and bridge current state to future state.
  • Partner with technical and functional leaders to design resilient, scalable, cross-domain architectures for our most critical strategic initiatives.
  • Research industry trends, run hands-on POCs, lead technology vendor evaluations, and determine how cutting-edge tools and frameworks can create competitive advantages.
  • Drive the creation, adoption, and reusability of enterprise architectural patterns, frameworks, and digital assets.
  • Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and mentorship to domain architects, engineers, and IT specialists.
  • Document architecture designs, blueprints, and decision records, while establishing and tracking architectural health and performance metrics.
