About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to help shape the organization’s technology direction and ensure alignment between business goals, enterprise systems, and long-term growth. In this role, you will define architectural standards, evaluate current and emerging technologies, and partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a related strategic technology role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, application architecture, data architecture, infrastructure, and security considerations.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and aligning architecture with business strategy.
• Ability to evaluate complex technical environments and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms, integration patterns, modernization approaches, and governance frameworks is preferred.
• Experience in large, complex, or distributed enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with architecture modeling tools, reference architectures, and framework-based governance.
• Exposure to digital transformation, cloud migration, cybersecurity, or data platform initiatives.
• Professional certifications in architecture or cloud technologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, principles, and roadmaps that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into technology and architecture requirements.
• Evaluate current systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to optimize performance, scalability, and integration.
• Guide solution design across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and cloud environments.
• Establish and promote architectural standards, governance processes, and best practices.
• Review proposed solutions to ensure consistency with enterprise architecture vision and technical standards.
• Support modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, platform rationalization, and system integration efforts.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and security teams to resolve complex design challenges.
• Monitor technology trends and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Communicate architectural concepts and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
