We unleash growth through technology, strategy, design, execution and operations with a customer-first mindset for bold business leaders. We deliver cloud, data and customer experience solutions. Our partnerships with leading cloud, design and business intelligence platforms fuel our expertise. We value deep relationships, dedication to serving others and inclusion. We drive positive outcomes for our people and our business, and we stay true to our commitments and act in harmony with our words. We exist to create significant opportunity for people to achieve fulfillment through career success. Ready to join us? We’re seeking a bold, independent thinker who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology transformation. This is not a role for order-takers; it is for leaders who challenge conventional thinking, bring creative solutions to complex problems, and drive outcomes without waiting to be told what to do. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our most important customers, helping executive and technical leaders cut through ambiguity and chart a clear path forward. AI advisory and strategy have become a defining capability in this role - you will guide clients through enterprise AI readiness, use case prioritization, governance frameworks, and the architectural decisions required to move from pilot to production at scale. You own the advisory relationship, shape the strategy, generate new opportunities, and solution the right approach for each client. You bring a bias for action, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and the credibility to stand in a room with a C-suite and say something they haven't heard before, then back it up. Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Bring deep fluency in modern enterprise architecture frameworks and know how to apply them pragmatically.
  • Assess current-state architecture honestly, define the target state with clarity, and chart a pragmatic path between the two, leveraging modern technologies and platforms.
  • Design target-state architectures built for where the business is going, spanning application, data, integration, and AI layers.
  • Understand the relationship between business capability and technology architecture and use that lens to help clients make better investment and design decisions.
  • Be current on modern architecture patterns including cloud-native design, API-led integration, event-driven architecture, and AI-ready infrastructure, and know when each one is the right tool for the job.
  • Engage with clients to understand not just their stated goals but the underlying business challenges and strategic pressures shaping their decisions.
  • Facilitate strategy and planning workshops that drive real alignment, not just consensus, turning complex transformation ambitions into clear, sequenced initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on how technology and enterprise architecture can become genuine enablers of business outcomes.
  • Assess clients' current IT landscape with depth and rigor, identifying gaps, improvement opportunities, and maturity levels across key IT enablers.

  • Provide clear, opinionated guidance on technology adoption and implementation strategy, and articulate an architectural vision.
  • Help clients cut through the noise, evaluate platform and tooling options across foundation model providers, enterprise AI platforms, and MLOps infrastructure, and make sound build vs. buy vs. partner decisions.
  • Develop an AI investment thesis that is grounded in their business context and tied to outcomes they can measure.
  • Bring business and IT into the same room and make sure they leave speaking the same language.
  • Facilitate workshops that build genuine shared understanding of strategic objectives.
  • Drive collaboration and communication across departments so that IT initiatives are designed around business processes from the start.
  • Actively collaborate across practices and teams to shape modernization strategies and roadmaps.
  • Recognize opportunity signals when they surface in client engagements, and shape them into compelling, well-scoped solutions.
  • Shape the approach, define the scope, and articulate the value in a way that resonates with both executive sponsors and technical stakeholders.
  • Build trust first, and use that trust to open doors, advance conversations, and bring the right TEKsystems capabilities to bear at the right moment.
  • Lead the development of offerings that meet clients where the market is actually going.
  • Build and evolve practice capabilities across the full spectrum of enterprise transformation.
  • Identify what's missing, build what's needed, and ensure our offerings stay sharp, differentiated, and ready to deploy at scale.
  • Leverage in-depth expertise in Enterprise IT space, staying updated on the latest advancements on tools and services available in the market.
  • Guide the team in applying best practices to build offerings that can be delivered to customers at scale.
