About The Position

CGI is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI / LLM Support & Optimization Engineer to support and enhance enterprise scale Generative AI platforms in a highly regulated Financial Services environment. This position requires a combination of technical depth, operational support expertise, stakeholder communication skills, and hands on experience with enterprise AI platforms, cloud services, APIs, and reporting tools. This role will focus on the operational support, integration, governance, and optimization of AI solutions including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and related LLM ecosystems deployed across cloud first environments, with strong emphasis on AWS and enterprise security practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with infrastructure, cloud, security, and business teams to ensure stable AI operations, seamless enterprise integrations, effective automation workflows, and measurable business adoption. Responsibilities include troubleshooting platform and connector issues, supporting AI agents and automation initiatives, monitoring usage analytics and operational costs, and driving governance and optimization strategies for enterprise AI platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise platforms, AI technologies, cloud environments, or enterprise integrations
  • Hands on experience supporting enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio
  • Strong understanding of enterprise LLM operations, AI governance, and responsible AI practices within regulated environments
  • Experience integrating AI platforms with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Familiarity with AWS based environments and cloud infrastructure, including security, IAM, and enterprise connectivity patterns
  • Ability to configure and support enterprise connectors, APIs, MCP servers, and custom integrations
  • Knowledge of SSO, OAuth, RBAC, identity management, and enterprise security frameworks
  • Experience building dashboards and usage analytics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and operational support background with enterprise applications and cloud platforms
  • Understanding of prompt optimization, token management, API utilization, and AI cost optimization strategies
  • Experience supporting AI agents, automation workflows, and productivity solutions across enterprise teams
  • Working knowledge of scripting or automation using Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience creating SOPs, knowledge articles, training materials, and executive facing reports
  • Strong collaboration skills working across cloud, infrastructure, security, and application support teams
