  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, or related services.

  • Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and translate business needs into practical technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Design and implement integrations among enterprise applications, AI platforms, data sources, document and knowledge systems, and workflow tools using APIs, connectors, and automation platforms.
  • Build or configure prototypes, workflows, agents, integrations, and lightweight applications when hands-on development is the most effective path.
  • Support architecture for enterprise AI solutions, including authentication, data access, retrieval, orchestration, logging, monitoring, and operational support.
  • Help design and implement an enterprise data lake, lakehouse, warehouse, or similar platform, including ingestion, transformation, permissions, metadata, and data quality controls.
  • Partner with information security to address identity, access, data protection, DLP, confidentiality, change management, and production controls.
  • Evaluate technology vendors, APIs, deployment models, security capabilities, data handling, extensibility, integration requirements, and total cost of ownership.
  • Lead pilots and proofs of concept and make practical buy-versus-build recommendations.
  • Manage implementation workstreams, vendors, dependencies, testing, deployment, stabilization, and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration, configuration, access, and application issues and coordinate resolution across internal teams and vendors.
  • Track adoption, system performance, support issues, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
