About The Position

Credence is seeking an Enterprise Administration Operations Management Analyst at the journeyman level to support the F-35 WJ Directorate (AFLCMC/WJ) in Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The AFLCMC/WJ directorate supports the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) mission across program management, engineering, and logistics at various locations. A key mission within AFLCMC/WJ is the Lightning Support Center (LSC), which serves as the F-35 JPO’s sustainment execution authority for the global F-35 fleet, including US services, international partners, and foreign military sales (FMS) aircraft. The LSC is comprised of six functional areas: logistics capability delivery, sustainment supply, maintenance modifications, support equipment, business operations, and global fleet operations.

Requirements

Must have at least an active or current secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three (3) of which must be in the DoW/DoD OR, seven (7) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, five (5) of which must be in the DoW/DoD.

Responsibilities

Interact with lateral organizations or external agencies, including base facilities, personnel, security, computer support, foreign disclosure, foreign travel, public affairs, and building managers, to facilitate uninterrupted day-to-day operations of the organization.
Serve as the Operations Management (OM) point of contact for the organization; identify, analyze, and evaluate actual and potential problem areas in OM activities using trend data and organizational knowledge.
Keep senior management informed of programming progress and advise on significant developments that may impact the mission; provide recommendations for unresolved or questionable problems and perform follow-up as needed.
Research, determine, and recommend appropriate actions or interpretations of issues that impact the organization.
Provide instructions and training to staff members and action officers on the proper submission and tracking of staff packages in MS SharePoint and SOCCER systems.
Track and ensure completion of OM suspense’s, electronic staff summary sheets (eSSS), staff packages, operating instructions, and awards.
Ensure all related OM suspense’s, including MIS/IT, facilities, resources, training, awards, manpower, safety, and security, are completed within required timeframes.
Perform self-inspections and present detailed, comprehensive reports with corrective actions taken or required; ensure complete and quality resolution of discrepancies.
Advise and assist with the revision of policies and procedures to improve quality, timeliness, and efficiency of work.
Advise and assist the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with base organizations, senior leadership, chiefs, representatives from other military services, DoD agencies, and related organizations regarding services provided.
Meet with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policies and procedures, and resolve significant problems that arise.
Ensure subordinate groups within the organization receive customer guidance and training.
Support special projects, initiatives, and assignments, including identifying the need for special projects and initiating milestones and goals.
Evaluate reports by analyzing facts, performing appropriate research, and preparing detailed responses.
Monitor and evaluate activities to determine compliance with applicable regulations, directives, procedures, and policies.
Review policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organizational design for the staff, and suggest revisions to eliminate work problems, remove barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, and implement quality improvements in response to regulatory compliance and customer requirements.
Support administrative tasks necessary for OM functions, including tracking manning, preparing organizational charts, performing data entry, integrating information into required reports, maintaining training requirements, files, forms, and file plans, processing mail, preparing correspondence, and managing facsimile equipment.
Receive, sign for, and distribute unclassified mail, and access, store, and handle classified material as required.
Assist with ordering office supplies by gathering customer requests, preparing lists, and itemizing supplies and equipment to be ordered by the Government.
Assist in the planning, formulation, editing, development, and publication of finished products, including program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings, and other presentations, as required in the requested media and format.
Assist in establishing and maintaining master files and file plans of classified and unclassified program data to facilitate tracking and resolution of operational issues.
Use working knowledge of systems and processes including AFRIMS, Resource Management Information System (RMIS), SIP, and related tools.
Assist in retrieving data and information through queries and reports; maintain tracking systems to identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions or closures, and prepare documentation for Government review and approval.
