Qwoted is a global social network that helps media connect with subject matter experts and the PR/Communications professionals who represent them. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to support, grow, and retain key user relationships on the Qwoted platform. This role is ideal for someone who brings a strong client service mindset, is skilled at relationship management, and is energized by helping users achieve meaningful results. You will serve as a primary point of contact for enterprise users, guiding them through the platform experience, driving adoption, and ensuring they are getting maximum value from Qwotedâs products and services. This role combines account management, customer success, strategic outreach, and hands-on support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts while building strong, trusted relationships. This role is hybrid, with an expectation of working from our New York Manhattan office Monday through Thursday.
