About The Position

We are looking for an Account Manager who will play a critical role in delivering and overseeing the full spectrum of Improvado’s Product & Services offerings. This is a hands-on leadership position — not just facilitation — requiring someone who can independently execute complex projects while bringing deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: solution design and architecture, data modeling, marketing, or BI/data visualization. Success in this role is defined by seamless execution of our projects, the ability to influence outcomes through subject-matter expertise, and consistently driving value for our clients.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and confident in client communication to lead client conversations, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment.
  • Proven track record of independently managing and executing projects, with at least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Project Lead, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar.
  • 3+ years of account management experience within a marketing agency setting, with a focus on enterprise accounts.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, with working SQL knowledge to query, validate, and troubleshoot data in support of analytics needs.
  • Strong project management skills enabling you to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Able to work with clients to utilize marketing analytics and AI tools to analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize strategies
  • Prioritize customer success with a strong commitment to high-quality support and delivery.
  • Independently create detailed project and resource plans while collaborating closely with clients and internal Professional Services practice leads.
  • Lead strategic client meetings and consultations, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Manage client relationships end-to-end, maintaining accountability throughout the entire client lifecycle. Including contract discussions, upsell opportunities research, and budget management.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment with company goals and seamless execution.
