About The Position

Enterprise Account Managers role are strategic relationship builders, key client accounts, focusing on driving revenue growth, ensuring satisfaction, and acting as a trusted advisor by developing account plans, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, collaborating internally (CSM, Presales, Services), and promoting value to meet both client and company goals.

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in Sales Methodologies (MEDDPICC) and Account planning.
  • Familiarity with AVEVA’s products and services, as well as the EPC, Energy/Oil and Gas industry
  • Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally (approx. 30-40% PA)

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute detailed plans to achieve client business objectives and company revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executives within client organizations.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and close opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and net new revenue.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, championing their needs and providing feedback for product/service enhancement.
  • Sales & Forecasting: Account Planning, achieve sales quotas, manage pipelines, and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Consultation & Guidance: Offer expert advice, present solutions, and act as a strategic partner on industry trends and challenges.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, support, product) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Negotiation: Handle complex sales contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Business Reviews: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and business reviews.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for client issues, ensuring timely resolution.
