About The Position

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for driving growth and maximizing value for high-profile enterprise clients. This role focuses on developing and maintaining long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring clients fully leverage the value of their solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to execute account strategies, develop comprehensive plans, and deliver insights that enhance client satisfaction and retention. Requirements

  • Proven experience managing high-value enterprise accounts, ideally in identity verification, KYC, AML, or biometric verification sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Experience with regulated customers in industries such as fintech, banking, payments, or marketplaces.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce for account management and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Positive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional, ambitious, and determined, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead long-term account strategies and manage relationships across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Achieve significant financial targets and growth across large accounts in multiple industries.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Engage clients with consultative approaches to ensure satisfaction and value realization.
  • Work cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams to maximize account growth and service quality.
  • Draft and present detailed business reports, providing insights and updates on account performance.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams to improve offerings and client outcomes.
