The Enterprise Partnerships Account Manager at David’s Bridal will serve as the primary point of contact for our brand partners and ensure flawless execution of in-store, digital, and media activations while growing long-term, revenue-driving relationships. This role sits at the intersection of account management, campaign execution, retail operations, and relationship growth. The Account Manager will be responsible for turning partnership agreements into visible, measurable, in-store and digital experiences that drive value for both David’s Bridal and our partners.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in enterprise account management, partnerships, or client services
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or campaigns
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Delivering results through ambiguity
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with data and creating performance recaps
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
  • Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and relationship-driven

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with retail, media, marketing activations, or brand partnerships is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise partners
  • Lead onboarding and activation planning for new partnerships
  • Execute in-store media, signage, and campaign activations across David’s Bridal locations on time and as promised
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign execution to ensure flawless delivery
  • Coordinate across marketing, retail ops, merchandising, and creative to bring partner campaigns to life while ensuring all teams are aligned and clear on deliverables
  • Own monthly partner meetings, performance recaps, and action plans, ensuring partners receive pro-active communications and performance insights
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) highlighting performance, insights, and growth opportunities that translate into renewals, upsells and expanded programs
  • Monitor partnership KPIs and performance metrics; translate data into actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities to expand, renew, and grow partner relationships; establish David’s as a strategic, long-term channel – not a one-off media buy
  • Ensure partners feel informed, supported, and excited about their presence inside David’s Bridal
  • Maintain documentation, status trackers, and communication cadences for each account
  • Primary Revenue accountability for your portfolio
