The position involves strengthening long-term relationships with existing customers, driving security outcomes, and expanding platform adoption. The role requires deep expertise in industry-specific business drivers, regulatory demands, and cyber risk. Collaboration with Customer Success, Solution Engineers, and Solution Architects is key to accelerating maturity, maximizing value, and supporting renewals and expansions. Success requires familiarity with vertical security priorities, emerging threats, compliance frameworks, and consultative engagement skills.
