Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Account Management
  • Deep understanding of logistics industry principles and terminology
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, building trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with senior internal and external partners, using persuasive communication to influence outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and customer success.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proficient with standard office software and technologies to manage accounts and communication efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow assigned customer accounts by building strong relationships and driving revenue through consultative selling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions aligned to business objectives and guidelines.
  • Monitor account performance, proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote contract renewal.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions, sharing insights to influence team strategy.
