Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own a strategic territory serving customers across Oklahoma and North Texas. This role is responsible for developing executive-level customer relationships, driving new business, and expanding existing accounts across HPE's networking, hybrid cloud, AI, infrastructure, software, and services portfolio. The ideal candidate is a consultative, results-driven sales professional who thrives on building new opportunities while growing strategic customer relationships and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience.
  • 5+ years of enterprise technology sales or account management experience, preferably supporting commercial or enterprise customers.
  • Proven success managing a sales territory, owning a quota, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience selling enterprise networking, data center, infrastructure, hybrid cloud, AI, software, or related technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level customer relationships and lead complex, consultative sales engagements.
  • Experience identifying, developing, and closing net-new business opportunities while growing existing strategic accounts.
  • Experience collaborating with sales engineers, channel partners, and cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Reside in Oklahoma or North Texas (Oklahoma City or Tulsa preferred) and be able to travel up to 30–40% throughout the assigned territory.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to influence executive-level decision makers.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close complex enterprise sales opportunities while building long-term customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated success developing territory strategies, managing sales pipelines, and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales engineers, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and align technology solutions to business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly competitive with a passion for prospecting, creating new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a strategic territory across Oklahoma and North Texas by developing and executing territory and account plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with commercial and enterprise customers to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Expand existing customer relationships while aggressively prospecting and developing net-new business across the assigned territory.
  • Sell HPE's portfolio of networking, compute, storage, hybrid cloud, AI, software, and services solutions by aligning customer business needs with innovative technology solutions.
  • Lead complex sales opportunities by partnering with sales engineers, solution specialists, channel partners, and cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts, and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Create account strategies that drive long-term customer growth, increase market share, and uncover opportunities across multiple lines of business.
  • Stay informed on competitive trends, market conditions, and customer initiatives to effectively position HPE's value and differentiate our solutions.
