Enterprise Account Executive
About The Position
UKG is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive responsible for net-new logo sales in the S&D West business segment. This is a true Hunter role, though each Account Executive (AE) owns a few upsell accounts. The company is expanding its sales force and is looking for top HRMS/Payroll Representatives to represent UKG. UKG offers award-winning HRMS/Payroll, Talent Management, and Time and Attendance solutions, consistently outperforming competitors. They provide a Software-as-a-Service solution for the growing number of companies relying on SaaS benefits, supported by award-winning Implementation and Customer Support teams.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C level.
- Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota.
- 3+ years selling complex deals over $800K in ARR.
- Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch.
- Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process including internal business partners and executive engagement.
