Enterprise Account Executive - US

Lokalise
$118,000 - $216,000Remote

About The Position

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to join our US sales team, reporting to the Country Manager, North America. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing, commercially driven organisation trusted by enterprise customers to power their localisation and translation management at scale. You’ll play a key role in driving Lokalise’s growth by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts, with a focus on increasing average deal size while maintaining strong deal velocity. Using a value-led approach, you’ll engage senior stakeholders, run well-controlled sales processes, and build long-term customer relationships without unnecessary complexity. This role suits an experienced SaaS sales professional with a strong hunter mindset, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to step deals up in value while keeping momentum. This is a scale-up environment built for self-starters who take end-to-end ownership and deliver results without relying on heavy internal structure. You’ll own your pipeline end to end, combining self-sourced opportunities with high-quality inbound demand and partner-generated leads. You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Partnerships teams, and alongside our partner network, to convert well-qualified inbound interest and co-sell opportunities into closed revenue. Success in this role comes from strong judgement about where to focus time and effort, rather than pure volume activity.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, consistently delivering results in competitive markets
  • Demonstrated ability to step deal size up while maintaining speed, closing $50-200k ARR opportunities without dragging cycles out
  • Clear history of exceeding quota, with strong ownership of revenue targets and deal outcomes
  • End-to-end sales ownership, from targeted pipeline creation through pricing, negotiation, and close
  • Credibility with senior stakeholders (VP and C-level), able to influence decisions and move deals forward
  • Strong deal control, navigating procurement and approvals efficiently rather than letting process stall momentum
  • Resilience and urgency, managing multiple live opportunities and keeping standards high under pressure
  • You must reside and have the legal right to work in the United States.
