About The Position

Axiom is seeking highly consultative salespeople to fuel its continued growth across various verticals including Technology, Financial Services, Consumer Services, Life Sciences, and Industrials/Energy Tech. This role is for evangelists who can envision and create a better future for clients, building lasting partnerships that exceed expectations. The position offers a high degree of accountability and ownership over a portfolio of F500 and industry-leading clients, focusing on both account growth and new business generation. The role involves originating opportunities, closing deals, building durable client relationships, proposing innovative solutions, consulting with C-level executives, collaborating with the broader commercial team, and providing thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Background in B2B client service.
  • Extensive experience in a consultative sales role with a proven track record of exceeding business goals.
  • Proven track record in heavy business development initiatives and generating new logos.
  • Comfortable working in a senior role as an individual contributor.
  • Understanding of the full sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Experience managing multiple complex deals across multiple clients and stages.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and pattern recognition.
  • Excellent time management, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • High-impact communication skills, with the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
  • Relentless service orientation and ability to form trusted-advisor relationships.
  • Catalytic desire to improve the status quo.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Originate opportunity and close deals, including new logo generation and selling to existing clients.
  • Define the client experience by building durable relationships, inspiring trust, and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Consult with C-level executives of large in-house legal teams.
  • Collaborate daily with the broader commercial team to close and support strategic opportunities.
  • Offer thought leadership to clients and internally mentor junior team members.
