About The Position

At CADDi, we are adding an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to our dynamic team. This team member will be critical to our expansion, which requires seasoned professionals capable of navigating complex sales cycles within the manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for targeting and engaging with the largest manufacturing companies, demonstrating exceptional grit, expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with high-level stakeholders, including the C-suite, finance, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in selling to large companies within the manufacturing industry.
  • Deep understanding of complex sales processes and the ability to navigate them effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside C-suite, finance, and product teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with clients in person for 50% of the time.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target key accounts within the manufacturing industry, developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate and expand CADDi's market share.
  • Work closely with C-suite executives, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth progression of the sales process.
  • Commit to being in person with customers 50% of the time to build trust, understand their unique needs, and tailor solutions that deliver unmatched value.
  • Dedicate 30% of your time to prospecting new clients and 20% to crafting compelling proposals that address client needs and challenges.
  • Embody the initiative, independence, and resilience required to succeed and set the standard for remote engagement in enterprise sales.
