•$152,678 - $190,847

About The Position

McDonald’s is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own and drive enterprise revenue strategy across a portfolio of high-value accounts and priority categories. This role involves originating and shaping large-scale, multi-year partnerships, influencing client investment strategy and media allocation decisions. The Enterprise Account Executive will lead executive-level client engagement, positioning as a strategic advisor on data, media, and customer growth. This position requires defining and evolving the value proposition based on market trends, client needs, and product capabilities, as well as leading complex deal orchestration by aligning internal stakeholders (product, data, partnerships, legal) to deliver cohesive solutions. The role also includes identifying and unlocking new revenue streams, partnerships, and activation models beyond standard offerings, and setting the standard for enterprise selling excellence by coaching peers and elevating team capabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading enterprise sales within media, advertising, or adjacent industries, with consistent outperformance against multi-million dollar revenue targets
  • Proven ability to originate, shape, and close transformational deals with Fortune 500 brands and holding companies

  • Track record of defining go-to-market strategy, not just executing against it
  • Deep expertise in solution-based, consultative selling across complex ecosystems (data, media, tech)
  • Experience leading through others (e.g., pod model, cross-functional deal teams, or informal leadership of junior sellers)
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, deal structuring, and long-term partnership design
