This role is responsible for producing new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. This will be accomplished through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies, and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory, or vertical. The role involves developing relationships with multiple C-suite personas, overseeing client relationship mapping, and orchestrating account strategies across a broad virtual team. The individual will act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer businesses and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap, while also identifying and bringing in the right specialist/support resources for deals.
