Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of enterprise-level sales experience, with a focus on CDP and MarTech solutions.
• Proven ability to navigate complex sales environments and close deals with enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Ability to drive new logo/customer acquisition while strategically growing existing accounts to meet quota.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms, marketing technology trends, and enterprise client challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to align technology solutions to client business objectives.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a track record of effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
• Exceptional multitasking skills to effectively balance pipeline generation with new customers while fostering growth within existing accounts.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Treasure Work, Gemini, AI writing assistants, CRM intelligence platforms) to support account planning, outreach, and deal execution — with the judgment to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs before use.
• Demonstrated ability to adopt new AI workflows independently and coach peers on best practices, treating AI fluency as a core competency alongside traditional enterprise sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals within the enterprise segment, ensuring a strong and healthy pipeline to meet targets.
• Leverage experience in CDP and MarTech to articulate the value proposition of solutions to enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Provide clear and accurate forecasting to sales leadership, demonstrating a strong understanding of deal progression and pipeline management.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their challenges and aligning solutions to address their business needs.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients by providing tailored insights and recommendations that demonstrate the value of CDP and MarTech offerings.
• Strengthen client engagement through proactive communication and strategic alignment with their objectives.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions that meet their business goals.
• Effectively communicate the value and technical benefits of products to both technical teams and senior business leaders.
• Drive the acquisition of new customers by identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and closing deals efficiently.
• Collaborate with existing clients to uncover up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring continued growth and deeper relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineering, customer success, partnerships, marketing, legal, product - to deliver seamless and impactful client solutions.
• Provide feedback from client interactions to contribute to product improvements and ensure alignment with market demands.
• Use AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve account planning, research, customer outreach, meeting preparation, and follow-up, while maintaining high standards for accuracy, judgment, and personalization.
• Leverage AI to synthesize customer signals, industry trends, and account intelligence into clearer sales strategies, opportunity plans, and executive-ready insights.
• Apply sound judgment when using AI-generated content or recommendations, ensuring outputs are accurate, on-brand, compliant, and tailored to the customer’s business context.
• Continuously build fluency in AI tools and best practices to improve productivity, increase sales effectiveness, and model modern ways of working across the organization.
