About The Position

The Enrollment Support Processor provides administrative support to the Regent University Enrollment Management team and department. Staff are responsible for analyzing, interpreting and reviewing all submitted academic recruit and admissions materials and updates to student records in the University records systems to ensure accuracy with all forms of data entry into these university student information systems. This position requires student record management, document control review, and adherence to University policy and procedure in relation to accurate data management.

Requirements

Associate’s degree required
Working knowledge of student record databases (SCT’s Banner Student Management System experience preferred)
Attentive to detail, organized, and able to work independently in team settings
Strong desire to work with people and positively respond to their requests for information
Exceptional customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate with applicants and students to request their domestic high school and domestic university transcripts as required by Regent University’s admission requirements.
Review and certify transcripts for accuracy, grade changes, repeats, and credits; interprets admissions and records policies associated with, but not limited to, course repetition, incomplete grades, applications, residency, and registration. Apply policies in a variety of procedural situations.
Determine grade point average calculation for federal financial aid awards.
Maintain and update school contacts and information in the CRM.
Respond daily to email and phone communication from students and third-parties regarding transcript orders.
