About The Position

OneShare Health, LLC based in Irving, Texas, is a growing community founded with the purpose to help individuals who share a common set of ethical and religious beliefs to voluntarily share medical expenses in accordance with those beliefs and demonstrate the love of God to the entire community. We invite you to join our sharing community and help introduce a new way to handle medical bills to individuals who face the challenges of escalating health care costs and soaring insurance premiums. We are currently hiring seasonal Sales Representatives to assist with our busiest time of year, the Annual Open Enrollment Period which runs from October - January. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for receiving inbound and outbound calls from potential members inquiring about OneShare Health programs. This is an inbound call center environment dedicated to OSH program enrollment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of Customer Service education and experience required.
  • Demonstrated keyboarding skills and ability to type during call transactions.
  • Previous experience in customer services, sales, billing or collections.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability, attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and deadline driven.
  • Must be a motivated self-started with a proactive personality who is able to work independently or with a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound and outbound phone calls from potential members on a national level who are interested in joining OSH programs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone inquiries from potential members regarding our programs and/or our Health Care Share Ministry.
  • Demonstrates effective active listening skills, to collect relevant information, to recommend a membership to potential new member and family that fit their needs.
  • Asks questions from the needs analysis while building a rapport and handling the call in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Meet set objectives for enrollment department.
  • Provide potential members the necessary information required to enroll.
  • Document and update new member records within enrollment platforms.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of the product portfolio; completing additional training as needed.
  • Adhere to all required policies and mandates.
  • Have flexibility with work schedule assignments.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Work effectively with various OSH internal departments.
