About The Position

Launch Math + Science Centers is seeking an Enrollment + Partnerships Manager to own the complete student journey. This role is the "front office" of the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing families and partners, and managing everything from initial inquiry and program placement to monthly school invoicing and new business initiatives. The goal is to provide a premium, seamless experience for the Launch community while driving the enrollment growth.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in account management, customer success, or administrative management, ideally within an education, camp, or enrichment setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail for financial and billing tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM or enrollment software and Google Workspace.
  • A professional, empathetic, and service-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end registration processes using Launch’s enrollment systems.
  • Respond to all inbound family leads, support the managing of waitlists, and coordinate student intakes for center-based enrollments.
  • Address requests for proposals and coordinate final program designs for in-school programming.
  • Manage customer accounts, including receivables and credits/refunds.
  • Lead the periodic invoicing process for school partners and families.
  • Act as the primary liaison for parent concerns, schedule changes, and general inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for in-school relationships.
  • Identify and attend community events and school fairs to represent the Launch brand and generate new interest in Launch’s programs.
  • Proactively identify and reach out to new potential partners.
  • Draft and schedule email newsletters and community updates.
  • Organize digital assets (photos/testimonials) for use in promotional materials.
  • Manage social media postings and provide support of advertising initiatives, both print and online.
