Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Enrollment Marketing Manager leads strategy and execution of prospective student engagement to drive enrollment across all College of Nursing programs. This role manages the full enrollment funnel—from inquiry to matriculation—using targeted, multi-channel outreach to increase conversion. The position also serves as the College’s CRM lead, optimizing automated communication journeys in Anthology to create a seamless, student-centered experience. In partnership with marketing, admissions, and academic teams, the manager supports digital campaigns, paid media, and recruitment content to drive qualified inquiries and results.
