About The Position

Performance Academies is seeking a dedicated, student-centered leader to join their team as an Enrollment Manager (Office Manager) at Trotwood Preparatory and Fitness Academy. This role is crucial in managing daily front office operations, supporting students, families, staff, and visitors, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the school's administrative and enrollment processes. The academy focuses on educating the whole child through rigorous academics, daily structured fitness, and intentional character education, aiming to build future-ready students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving academic growth and fostering an inclusive, structured, and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of administrative, office management, or business experience preferred.
  • Successful completion of required state and federal background checks.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front office operations and provide exceptional customer service to students, families, staff, and visitors.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional office communications.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Order and maintain office supplies within budget.
  • Support school events, meetings, and administrative projects.
  • Manage student enrollment, withdrawals, cumulative records, and confidential student files.
  • Coordinate the timely collection and transfer of student records.
  • Maintain required medical, residency, immunization, and enrollment documentation.
  • Assist with attendance tracking, transportation coordination, and student information reporting.
  • Prepare documentation for state and federal audits and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate student, attendance, and food service records.
  • Monitor Free and Reduced Lunch documentation and other required state reporting.
  • Support McKinney-Vento documentation and other compliance requirements.
  • Ensure student records are maintained securely and confidentially.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and visitors.
  • Communicate with families regarding enrollment, attendance, truancy, and school information.
  • Maintain positive relationships with students, families, community partners, and staff.
  • Assist in resolving concerns professionally and escalate issues to administration when appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student and personnel information.
  • Ensure visitor sign-in procedures and school safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Attend required meetings, trainings, and professional development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
