Requirements

Has experience in sales, admissions, recruiting, hospitality, customer service, or marketing.
Is goal-oriented and motivated by helping people succeed.
Communicates confidently both in person and over the phone.
Is organized and can manage multiple priorities.
Takes initiative and enjoys working independently while collaborating with a team.
Brings positive energy, professionalism, and integrity to everything you do.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Previous admissions or enrollment experience in higher education, vocational education, or the beauty industry is a plus.
Some college coursework preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Build meaningful relationships with prospective Future Professionals through calls, texts, emails, and in-person appointments.
Deliver engaging campus tours that showcase the Paul Mitchell experience and culture.
Guide prospective students through every step of the enrollment process-from first inquiry to first day of class.
Follow up consistently to answer questions, provide support, and help students confidently take the next step.
Represent the school at career fairs, high schools, community events, open houses, and recruiting events.
Accurately maintain student records and enrollment documentation while ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
Track enrollment activity and help forecast upcoming class starts.
Partner with Financial Aid, Education, and Student Services to create an exceptional student experience.
Participate in ongoing leadership training and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
Perform other duties as assigned.
