About The Position

We’re looking for someone who loves precision, thrives on organization, and takes pride in getting the details right — because in benefits administration, details matter. As our Account Coordinator & Enrollment Manager, you’ll own the full enrollment lifecycle. You won’t just process paperwork — you’ll be the engine behind a smooth, accurate, and compliant benefits experience for real employers and real families. If you’re the kind of person who color-codes spreadsheets, double-checks formulas, and actually enjoys closing out a reconciliation perfectly — you’re going to love it here.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in health insurance, TPA, or benefits administration (preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills — pivot tables don’t scare you
  • Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Clear, confident communicator

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with self-funded health plans (big plus)

Responsibilities

  • New hire onboarding, life events, and open enrollment execution
  • Maintaining clean, accurate eligibility data across systems
  • Claims, utilization, and financial reporting
  • ACA tracking and 1095-C support
  • Coordination of COBRA, HIPAA, Section 111, PCORI, and 5500 compliance
  • Billing reconciliation and vendor follow-up
  • Renewal tracking and implementation timelines
  • Acting as the go-to liaison between employer groups, members, providers, and claims
