In this impactful role, you’ll help support our existing enrollment teams, driving daily execution, connection rates, and conversions. You’ll partner closely with your Supervisor to reinforce strategy, elevate accountability, and create a culture where winning is the standard. Requirements

  • 1+ years of contact center experience.
  • 1+ year in a senior agent or team lead role preferred.
  • Proven success exceeding enrollment or sales KPIs.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or SaaS experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and Coach Daily Performance: Motivate your team with hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and daily performance reinforcement. Help agents sharpen their skills and build confidence.
  • Drive Enrollment Execution: Monitor KPIs (utilization, dials, contact rate, conversion rate, quality, etc.) and ensure daily performance aligns with team goals.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Partner with your Supervisor to execute outbound strategies, campaign shifts, and performance initiatives that increase connection and enrollment rates.
  • Assist with Escalations: Step in to support complex prospective enrollee conversations, ensuring professionalism and brand protection at every touchpoint.
  • Reinforce Process Discipline: Ensure workflow adherence, documentation accuracy, and compliance with required scripts and disclaimers.
  • Promote Remote Team Engagement: Maintain strong communication, accountability, and energy within your assigned pod to ensure smooth, productive remote operations.
