Due to growing demand, the company is expanding its admissions team and is hiring a top-performing Enrollment Advisor. This role is designed to guide prospective students through the significant decision of transitioning into a new career. It is a consultative, high-touch position, acting as both a career advisor and a closer, seeking top 1% sales talent in the early-to-mid career range. As an Enrollment Advisor, you will serve as a trusted guide for prospective students, assisting them in evaluating their goals, assessing their fit for the program, and confidently moving forward with enrollment. This is not a transactional sales role; the ideal candidate can quickly build trust, lead thoughtful conversations, and guide candidates through a high-stakes decision while consistently achieving clear enrollment outcomes. You will manage your pipeline from start to finish and play a crucial role in helping students advance their careers.
