About The Position

Our client is a fast-growing, U.S.-based education company that helps students transition into high-demand healthcare careers through a structured MRI training program. This program combines online learning with hands-on clinical experience, enabling students, many without prior healthcare backgrounds, to become certified MRI technologists and launch new careers. Due to growing demand, the company is expanding its admissions team and is hiring a top-performing Enrollment Advisor. This role is designed to guide prospective students through the significant decision of transitioning into a new career. It is a consultative, high-touch position, acting as both a career advisor and a closer, seeking top 1% sales talent in the early-to-mid career range. As an Enrollment Advisor, you will serve as a trusted guide for prospective students, assisting them in evaluating their goals, assessing their fit for the program, and confidently moving forward with enrollment. This is not a transactional sales role; the ideal candidate can quickly build trust, lead thoughtful conversations, and guide candidates through a high-stakes decision while consistently achieving clear enrollment outcomes. You will manage your pipeline from start to finish and play a crucial role in helping students advance their careers.
