Enrolled Agent - Tax Manager (1040)

Solid Rock Recruiting•Denver, CO
•Onsite

About The Position

An established public accounting firm is looking to add an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) to take ownership of a substantial portfolio of individual tax clients. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys 1040 work, direct client relationships, and independently managing the entire tax process without needing to pursue the traditional CPA/partner track. The firm already has a significant existing book of individual tax clients and is looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and run that work with minimal oversight. This role offers a path to specialize in individual tax work and client service, allowing the individual to own their book and build long-term client relationships. The firm currently turns away potential 1040 clients and sees an opportunity to potentially build this into a larger individual tax practice with the right person leading the work.
