About The Position
Amazing Explorers Academy is seeking an energetic, creative, and dependable Enrichment Teacher to provide engaging Music & Movement, Nature Exploration, and Spanish activities for preschool-aged children at its Rivertown location in St. Johns, Florida. The teacher leads age-appropriate activities that support children’s creativity, curiosity, physical development, and language skills while maintaining a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment. The Enrichment Teacher collaborates with classroom teachers and academy leadership, adapts activities for different age groups, follows professional standards and applicable safety and state requirements, and travels between assigned academy locations. The ideal candidate is a passionate early childhood educator who brings energy and enthusiasm to helping young children learn through music, movement, nature, and language.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess a CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education.
- Must have the required 45-hour training in Early Childhood Education/Child Development.
- Must meet all State of Florida requirements for the position.
- Pleasant, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Highly professional, reliable, and dependable.
- Enjoys working with young children and leading music and/or movement activities, including yoga, dancing, and singing.
Nice To Haves
- Classroom experience in an accredited early childhood facility preferred.
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates preferred.
