About The Position

Endeavor Schools is seeking an Enrichment Teacher for its Endeavor Plus Program, a multi-site position within their Orange County Schools. This part-time role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum for extracurricular courses, planning engaging activities to foster cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing student progress. The position is Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Endeavor Schools offers a supportive environment with resources for teachers and invests in their educators through education incentives and career development programs.

Requirements

12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
Ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education

Nice To Haves

Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
