The Enrichment Coordinator oversees the delivery of assigned LEARN programs, which may include the Saturday Enrichment program at multiple school sites (K-12) or the Enrichment Friday program. This role involves overseeing the assignment of Substitute Youth Leaders daily and assisting with other LEARN programs designed to foster a culture of learning. Programming can occur inside or outside the classroom on Fridays or Saturdays, focusing on activities such as tutoring, personal enrichment, life skills, recreation, and planning of study trips to facilitate student success. The Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation, and oversight of these programs, including the supervision of Site Coordinators and Youth Leaders. Reporting to a Program Quality Supervisor or Manager of Curriculum and Staff Development, this role involves training and evaluating staff, and collaborating with school administration, faculty, parents, and students to ensure programming meets the needs of the school and adheres to California and/or Federal Department of Education policies. The position primarily operates from the main office, with programming typically occurring during select non-school days for 4 to 9 hours per day, and after-school programming for 3 to 4 hours when substitute Youth Leader support is needed.
