Enrichment Instructor Opportunities
About The Position
Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to provide engaging enrichment programs that inspire curiosity, creativity, confidence, and lifelong learning. We are seeking enthusiastic instructors from a wide variety of educational, creative, technical, athletic, and professional backgrounds who are interested in providing instructional services for enrichment programs serving elementary, middle, and high school students. This posting is intended to identify qualified professionals who may be considered for future independent contractor instructional assignments as opportunities become available.
Requirements
- At least 60 completed college credits (or equivalent relevant professional experience where appropriate for the assignment)
- Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs
- Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community organizations, or similar settings
- Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills
- Reliable, professional, and organized work habits
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
- Prepare for each instructional session using approved lesson plans, provided curriculum, or instructor-developed activities when appropriate.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage active student participation while adapting instruction to varying ages, experience levels, and learning styles.
- Maintain appropriate supervision and classroom management throughout each session.
- Communicate professionally with designated school personnel and Concorde Education representatives regarding attendance, scheduling, and program needs.
- Follow all applicable school policies, site procedures, safety expectations, and emergency protocols.
- Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled instructional sessions.
