About The Position
Enhancement Landscape Laborer Premier Services – Award-Winning Team Premier Services is seeking hardworking and reliable Enhancement Landscape Laborers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want to build a career in landscape construction and enhancements.
Requirements
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (not required)
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape enhancements such as planting, mulching, bed edging, and seasonal color installs
- Perform bed preparation, soil work, and general site cleanup
- Support minor hardscape installations (pavers, stone, edging, etc.)
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow direction from Foreman and crew leaders to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
