About The Position

GroundSystems is seeking a hands-on leader to manage and mentor a dedicated landscaping crew in Northern Kentucky. As an Enhancement Crew Leader, you will combine fieldwork with leadership, ensuring high-quality service, efficient workflow, and team success across enhancement projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in landscaping who are looking to grow into a leadership position. Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
• At least 20 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Nice To Haves

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience
• Familiarity with tools such as hand saws, pruners, mowers, weed eaters, and blowers
• Experience supervising a small team or crew

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations
• Ensuring quality control and project standards
• Training and supervising crew members
• Performing and guiding tasks such as: Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping
• Perennial bed maintenance
• Equipment operation and upkeep
• Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite
• Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
