About The Position

Install landscape enhancements including plants, trees, sod, mulch, and decorative features. Assist with hardscape projects such as pavers, stone, retaining walls, and drainage systems. Support irrigation installation and repairs as needed. Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely. Read and follow project plans and directions from Crew Leaders. Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site. Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor preferred
• Experience with hardscape or irrigation installation is a plus
• Valid driver’s license preferred
